The non-professional bread-making course involves three sessions, once a month, and 3 hours each; we'll take a look at bread-making basic concepts and will learn in each session how to make several different products.

Lesson 1: GRAINS AND LOAVES
From flour to bread, learn how to home make toast bread, panini, milk bread, bread sticks, rye buns, burger buns, rustic loaf, focaccia.
Lesson 2: PIZZA AND FOCACCIA
Your home made pizza does not taste like the pizzeria one? Wrong! You will indeed create round pizzas, small pizzas, tray pizzas Roman style, focaccia Genoa or Puglia style, Tuscan schiacciata.
Lesson 3: HOLIDAY BREADS
Venetian cake, panettone, dry biscuits, biscotti.
